Cancellation policy for consumers

Right of cancellation  
You may withdraw your contractual acceptance within 14 days in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) without stating reasons; or, if the item reaches you before the expiry of this period, by returning it. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before our obligations to inform under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 (1) and (2) of the EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e (1)(1) of the BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB are fulfilled. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or of the item suffices to comply with the notice period. The cancellation is to be directed to:

Consequences of cancellation 
In the event of effective cancellation, received performance and any benefits (e.g. interest) obtained by either party must be mutually compensated for. If you are unable to return to us the performance received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for any loss in value. In the case of returned items, this does not apply if the deterioration of the item is due exclusively to the testing of same, as would have been possible in a shop. You can moreover avoid the obligation to pay compensation for deterioration arising from regular use by not using the item as your own property and refraining from all actions that could reduce its value. Items capable of being sent by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You must pay the costs of return if the goods delivered correspond to those that were ordered and if the value of the goods to be returned is not more than EUR 40; or, if the price of the purchase item was greater, if you have not yet reciprocated or made a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return costs you nothing. Items that cannot be sent by package will be picked up at your location. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of the cancellation or of the item, and for us it begins with the receipt of same.
