shipping & returns

For each order we charge shipping costs of  5.90 €. The delivery will be executed by one of our shipping partners as Deutsche Post or a similar courier service. On average you will receive your package within 3-5 weekdays. By means of the unique nature of our products we have to meet special packaging requirements. This calls for the frequent use bubble wraps. However, if possible we try to only use compostable packaging-elements as e.g  our filling material which is made from corn and fully compostable.
