§ 1 General  
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) will be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws. The following provisions will inform you of the nature, extent and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This data privacy policy applies only to our websites. If you are directed to other pages via links on our pages, please inform yourself on those external pages of the respective use there of your data.

§ 2 Inventory data  
Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for the establishment, substance, or change of status of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used only for performance of contract. Thus, for example, your name and address must be passed on to the suppliers for the actual delivery of the goods. Without your express consent or without a legal basis your personal data will not be shared with any third parties not participating in fulfilment of the contract.

Following fulfilment of contract your data will be blocked for further use. Following expiry of the period set by German commercial and tax regulations for data retention this data will be deleted, unless you have agreed explicitly to its further use.

§ 3 Usage data  
For purposes of advertising, market research or for designing our services, we will also use data to create user profiles using pseudonyms. Usage data includes information on the beginning and end as well as the extent of the respective use. You are entitled to object to such use of your user data. User profiles are not brought together with your personal data.
 

§ 4 Information on cookies   

(1) To optimise our website, we deploy cookies. These are small information files that are temporarily stored in your computer. These cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

(2) You can prevent cookies from being downloaded to your hard drive by choosing the “block cookies” setting in your browser. This can, however, reduce the useful functionality of our website.

§ 5  Right to information
